Try this method step by step to access adfly

First download Ultra surf : CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD (2mb)

1- After Downloading it extract ultrasurf in a folder 
2- Open ultrasurf by double clicking on it , ultrasurf immediately connect to fast proxy servers automatically 

3- After "successfully connected to server" now open adfly / and adfly links , now  it will works like charm :)
